CELL BIOLOGY
A BSL2 tissue culture facility, complete with biosafety cabinets, CO2 incubators, brightfield and fluorescence microscopes, and electroporation instrumentation. A flow cytometer and other technology platforms enable in-depth characterization of cell lines and tissue.
MOLECULAR BIOLOGY
Scientists can explore and develop cell and gene therapies with the molecular biology tools available at BT Innovation Labs. Study gene expression profiles with Real Time PCR/QPCR (QuantStudio), classic PCR, or detect mutations, insertions, and deletions. Or construct, amplify and purify your plasmid constructs or nucleic acid products.
PROTEIN BIOCHEMISTRY
We have instrumentation to support bioanalytical studies, protein characterization and biochemical experiments. We have multiple plate readers (UV/Vis, FL, LUM, ECLA) to support antibody characterization, measure biomarkers, and test biopharmaceuticals. Protein expression, purification, and characterization are supported in our lab with FPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, and enzyme activity testing platforms.
